One man who is mighty happy with the hit pair coming together is the producer B V S N Prasad. He is flooded with offers and is having a tough time finalising the deals.
Last heard, it is being said that the Nizam rights have been finalised for a whopping sum of Rs 14 crore. This is a new record in the industry if the talk is true. The rights for other zones are going at a very high price. The overseas rights have been sold for Rs 7 crore.
The satellite rights have been sold for Rs 9 crore. The earlier films of the producer did not bring him much money and it is being said that the producer will end up with huge profits despite equally huge investment.
One is only left wondering how much he would take home if the film turns out to be a blockbuster!
